- Will it rust?
- No, provided that it is looked after properly. Treat it well by cleaning it and touching up scratches and it will treat you well for years to come.
- Is a 400 lb door hard to open?
- It swings with a fingertip. Weight is carried on precision welded hinges and balanced during installation.
- Will it fit my existing opening?
- Yes. Every door is built to your measurements, including arched, eyebrow, and full-radius openings. We measure during the consultation.
- What if I sell the house?
- It stays with the house and becomes part of its value. An Iron Empire door is consistently cited by agents as a first-impression asset at sale.
